Training is suitable for men, women and children aged 10/11 years and over. We do allow children (primary school age) by prior agreement to train if a parent or guardian trains in the senior class.
We also offer Kokoro Tigers programme that is designed for children from 4/5 (school reception class) to 10/11 years old.

Kokoro Shotokan Karate:
- Tuesdays 6:45pm to 8:00 pm
- Every other Saturday 9.45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Additional live training is available to our Silver members, lessons are every other Thursday from 6:15 p.m., until 7:15 p.m. and include Karate Fit Blitz and karate technical session.
All registered students have an access to materials located in subsections of this webpage, except for video library.
The video library is only available to Gold and Platinum members and contains
